    On May 16th I ordered in stock camper tie downs for $592.60 from RB Parts Online Canada. I received a confirmation of order and my credit card was charged. I was concerned about how the items were going to be shipped due to a potential Canada Post strike, so contacted them on May 22nd to ask if the parts had been shipped and if so, with what carrier. I immediately received a response saying they would look into it and get back to me. I did not hear anything more from the company, and sent several emails asking if they had been able to obtain any information for me. The company has stopped communications, my order is still show has not yet being shipped, I have asked the credit card company to reverse the charges and have asked the company to cancel the order and I still have heard nothing from the business.

    Online store, states they are in *********. Found no address or no phone number, only way to contact them is via email ******************************* Several emails sent, very little replies and always skirting questions. I ordered a SW10DEM Suburban RV water heater from them, received an order confirmation number and credit card was billed immediately. This appears to not be a legitimate business and should be shut down.

    Preferably Id like a confirmation of shipment with tracking number. Its been 11 days of them promising a tracking number ASAP but nothing received and they have confirmed they have stock. I still need this item. If they cant confirm shipment a refund is second way of settling this dispute. I do believe this may not even be a legitimate company and if they are not shipping items already charged for, steps need to be taken to shut this online site down

    Note: Postal code given is just to complete the form as they state in their website that they are located in British Columbia. The company does not give an address or phone number.

    Non receipt of goods. Have had several emails back and forth. 4 items ordered on August 30th. Company claimed one item delayed and should not take long. That was on Sept 13th...almost a month ago. Delay in shipping is one thing but stopping communication is suspicious.
