    I work in the film industry and used Dad's Printing for a run of embroidered hats. The staff was easy to communicate with and was quick to respond with a quote. The turn around time was quick and the quality was great. Super happy with my results and will be using Dad's printing again.

    BUYER BEWARE - owner **** will say anything to get your business and he will lie through his teeth. If I could leave a 0 Star I would.I was completely SCAMMED by **** at Dad's Printing. I contacted him to order **** socks, I paid $20 per test print of 8 different designs. He said the cost of the test prints would be deducted from the order (they weren't). On Oct 31 we pre-paid to order 500 pairs of socks. **** texted to say they will be ready for pick up the week of November *****th. Along with a cardstock hang tag for the 500 pairs. I started messaging him (direct text) and emailing his team on the 22nd to arrange pick up. After many attempts to contact him and everyone on his staff, I told them I would be in Van on Nov 29 for pick up and if my order isn't ready I'd cancel the whole thing OR take all that they had produced and cancel the rest. I showed up to his place of business (in the back alley of the downtown east side, as if that wasn't telling enough) I called every business extension as well as ***** cell number repeatedly and no one would answer my call or let me into the building. After ghosting me for weeks I got a chargeback on my ***** and made the rip-off public via social media, then because of the backlash he promised to have the order ready for pick up on December 14th. After yet another inconvenient run-around, I did on that day pickup the socks. But get this... they were not even close to the same socks that we had sampled. The sock material/quality was much thinner and the prints were blurry, not crisp like the samples. He packaged them in plastic (which I did not want) and no hang tags were printed. I was so LIVID.He used an entirely different sock than the one we ordered and gave no explanation as to why a different sock was used. Ultimately, because of the social media backlash, he gave me the order for 1/2 price. Not much consolation as now I have to sell 500 sub-par socks.

    There is a lot of deceptive information in this review, and frankly the client did a real smear job on our brand by reaching out to have her customers leave bad reviews on their behalf without putting out all the facts. There was a lot of slander here. Here are the facts:1. We did take an order from **** for socks. 2. We gave an estimated completion time of Nov *****, this is a crucial point. November is one of the busiest times of the year. Estimated does not mean a guaranteed deadline. Anyone we work with who has a set deadline in mind, needs to make that 100% clear and concrete at the time of ordering. 3. The customer was not run around, she announced she was coming for a certain time, before being told they were done. For example, if you order a pizza with an eta of 30 minutes for pickup, and show up 10 minutes after ordering, would you be in the right to believe you deserve a refund? 4. The client decided to keep the product, so clearly the quality was good enough for them. I want to add that the fact that this client is slandering/spreading misinformation 5 months after we came to a resolution. This did not go how we planned, we like our customers being satisfied and not disappointed and I will be looking into taking action to have any slander removed in this case, a case where a resolution was come to.

    I have all the receipts, need evidence? I have it all. All the emails, all the nexts, all the phone logs.The number of reviews on BBB and ****** are proof that I am not the first person to get screwed over by this business.

    We had t-shirts made and inquired about customized beach towels.It was a complete disaster.They take no pride in their work. Charged credit cards without asking. Bad quality merchandise.One of the worst companies I ever worked with.I cannot recommend. Complete waste of time and money.

    The client authorized ** to take his order on the towels, all funds were returned to them once it was clarified and an apology was issued.Secondly, the Sublimation **Shirts they ordered were exactly what they paid for. Anyone doing sublimation should know that you cannot Sublimate onto cotton (It's literally impossible, ****** it). To tell me you expected cotton post delivery when everything had been confirmed prior is not on **, we are happy to educate our clients on the items they order but once information as been disclosed, it is on the client to make decisions and stick with them based on the info they have.

    The worst customer service. Adam seems to be the owner. After our T-shirt order was printed twice incorrectly, Adam offered to refund half our invoice. But he never followed through. He does not answer my follow up texts, but he answered phone calls promising to look into it. Still no refund two months later. **** ** * ***** *****
