      I moved out of **************************************** in ************ on August 29 2024 and it is September 30 2024. I have talked to finance at *********** and the excuse they give is the lady that issues checks was on holidays ! I feel this is not my problem as park place should have a replacement for her! I have moved into a new senior home and they are waiting on my deposit here so Im in a bad situation! I believe they should pay me interest until they finally issue check! Im under the understanding they have 10 days as I was a landlord also! I was in independent living there I moved into new place Aug 29 so also I should get ******* 1000 deposit and ****** back rent payed to me can you please help me as they will do this to other seniors living there plus there was no damage as I have a copy of form finance sent to them on sept 29 I believe thank you can you help please contact me

      I am writing to follow up on your concern regarding the refund cheque for our seniors upon their move-out. We fully understand the importance of this matter and took immediate action to investigate. I am pleased to inform you that the cheque was sent out on September 16, 2024, and it has already been cashed.

      I am rejecting this response because: yes it was received in on Oct 21 and check was dated for Oct 4 2024 plus Im still owed ****** which I have not received
