    I placed an order on August 10th - it said it would take 5 days to ship. August 16th I still had not heard anything, so I emailed and was told it would send that weekend. August 19th It still had not sent. August 21st I received an email saying there had been a death in an employee family, and there was going to be delays. I responded and said my order was placed well before this incident and it was not acceptable. I demanded a refund. August 22nd I received an email saying there were employee issues and that I'd be getting a new shipping label instead. August 24th after some back and forth with me demanding a refund, the vendor CALLED ME 4x at 11:15pm at night. I want a refund. None of this is OK. No one should be calling my home at 11:30pm and giving me so many excuses on what is going on with a product that I paid fully for.

    Hi there,

    We had internal employees issues due to which the order had an issue. 

    We resent the order and the reason for call was to inform her about the situation. 

    We have ***** customers to deal with, we make sure each one is taken care of by personally calling them and letting them know that we are on it and fixing what went wrong. 

    She was resent the package, thanks.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     

    I have requested a refund numerous times now, I told them not to call me any more at 11:30pm at night, they did not refund the order. I did not receive it. I did get three more phone calls and a text late at night. 

    This behaviour is not acceptable. It has been over a month now, with no resolution.

    - My order took 3 weeks to arrive - delays with no explanation - The package excluded ordered/paid for items and included what I assume were replacements - I received no communication about substitutes or anything being out of stock - The subs didn't even add up to the missing items - I've communicated back and forth with the business to try to get a refund/return the unwanted items, but am still waiting for a resolution - I am owed $14 USD and now I just want the money refunded to me

    Hi there, 

    We have been in this business and have shipped out more than 7000 orders till date, this case is very weird as the customer was informed about the replacements and the out of stock items. We disagree with the false accusations here and did not receive any communication from the customer with regards to that, neither have we get any response from the customer even after this was escalated to ********************. We have informed the customer in an written email to remove all the disputes even though it is not our fault, we are still wiling to issue the refund. But we waiting for her response. 

    The customer is not willing to solve this amicably, let the customer know to reply to the emails we are sending her or pick up our phone calls. She is doing neither..
