    On September 1st 2023 I tried to get a prepaid plan with this company. After the payment for an e-SIM card and a prepaid plan was done, neither the welcome message nor the e-SIM with the new phone number arrived. I tried to do a recamation for those 50$ but there was no help from them. Then I purchased another plan with other e-SIM card and number and the purchase was successful so I didn't pay any more attention to the previous unsuccessful plan. Then in March while I was revising my credit card payments I found out that the lost purchased plan had been charged to my credit card monthly apart from the plan that I had been using. After trying to talk with phonebox and asked for a reimburse, they didn't help to solve the problem at all so I ended up blocking my credit card and putting a reclamation in my bank.

    I signed up with Phonebox on March 16, 2024. But the porting request was not in my file. I called Phonebox on 18th, and initiated porting. One of the numbers worked right away, but the other number cannot be used. No text at all. After nearly 10 calls and hours on the phone with support, its still not fixed. The last agent said there was no plan assigned to my phone and therefore it wont work properly. Agent also said it was an easy and quick fix. Then I waited for 6 hours and still no update on resolution. Its been 4days and I cant use my phone for work or anything. Ticket was not providing any ETA. I am paying PhoneBox for no service? The negligence throughout this porting process is unacceptable and beyond frustrating. I still dont have a working phone. You need to put your act together and resolve it. Id give it no star if I could.

    DON'T USE PHONEBOX THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR PHONE NUMBER. I have use my phone number for many years, Recently I temporally left Canada and forgot to pay month fee, when I came back I was told the phone number was terminated, no way to got it. That means all of my friends can't contact me by phone. The customer service in phonebox told me if I miss the due day payment by 8 days the phone number will be terminated forever. That are terrible policy, horrible company.
