    We have repaired the flat tire a couple of times and the service provided has been good. However, after December 6, 2023, the service quality does not seem to be the same. On December 6, 2023, at around 3:30pm, we dropped off the car to fix a flat tire after that flat tire had been repaired before. When the technician tried to put back the wheel lock, they broke the wheel stud by turning at a wrong angle. The technician then reported this to Michael who reported it to the assistant manager, Brock, who apologized for the mistake and subsequently asked me to repair the wheel at the dealership. Therefore, the next day, I went to the dealership to repair it which cost $200 to repair. The ***** technician there informed me that the reason behind this incident was because the lung nut was installed incorrectly due to the wrong angle that it was installed in. We talked to Big O Tire to pay back the damage cost, but the assistant, Manager Brock L*****, told me that it was a previous problem that was already present before repairing the flat tire and refused to pay.(even wheel stud is perfect before they put back the wheel nut) We tried to talk to the current owner Patrick, but Brock said that he retired and that he is the one and only one who can talk to us about it at the shop. I hope someone can reply to this email regarding some feedback as it does not seem improbable that a company can only be run by an assistant manager.
