    Good afternoon. My name is ***** *******. I am writing to you from *****, *********I got in contact with GROWPRO EXPERIENCE because I wanted to go to ****** to study at the ****************************************. GROWPRO suggested that I sholud take an English course prior to my enrollment at **** which I agreed. The enrollment process initiated on June 29th, 2023 with the assistance of GrowPro Experience. On June 30th 2023 I paid $4,500.00CAD. On May 15th 2024 I was advised that the ************* was denied. I then requested GROWPRO the refund of my money accepting all the terms and conditions stated in the contract including all the deductions they were entilted to. On May 21 2024 I received the following information from GROWPROs agent in ******** about the refund: GROWPRO confirmed that I paid $4,500.00CAD. I was charged a fee of $735.00CAD for **** consultancy fee. I was charged $230CAD for School C.F SCHOOL CANCELLATION FEE. I was charged $250.00CAD GPX C.F - GROW PRO CANCELLATION FEE DUE TO **** REFUSAL. Therefore the total amount for refund is $3,285.00CAD which I accepted. I was told by GROWPRO that as of June 4th, 2024 the process for refund request was completed. GROWPRO told me that it would take between 12 and 16 weeks for GROWPRO to refund my money, all this according to the paperwork I signed with GROWPRO. As of today I have not received the refund and the estimated timeframe of 16 weeks were completed on September 24th and as of today GROWPRO has not refunded my money. Growpro says the delay for the refund is due to administrative problems. Growpro was very diligent in receiving my money but rather negligent in handling the refund as it usually happens. Every single day I write GROWPRO thru a WHATSAPP chat that they have which is my only way to contact them as there is no other way. There is no phone, no address, nothing. All I want is to get my money back. I accepted all the terms in the contract however GROWPRO hasnt honored the contract.

    I made a payment of ***** CAD to cover my tuition at the university, and due to changes in regulations by the ******************** I am unable to continue with the process as they cannot maintain the original price I was going to pay. I requested a refund, but they told me there are no refunds in my case. Although they offered to change my tuition or course, what I want is my invested money back since I cannot recover the time lost.
