They created an absolutely untrusted environment from the point of sales all the way to service and every word coming out of their mouth, including all ignoring and disrespecting the client both in timing and the way they handle the situation; their service department needs supervision by professional to ensure of their truthfulness in the scope of the work both ethically and professionally. Their preowned car mostly comes with defects and technical/mechanical issues; they don't tell you about them; once you buy, every time you go for service,e they maintain that issue to the point you run out of warranty; they don't want to get into the big cost of repair while you under warrant, by marinating the issue lets say in 2-3 years of the period of your warranty the problems that needed to be fixed in the first place as this is a certified car as it is advertised gets much worst cuz its been only ******* rather than fixing, once passing the end of your warranty they will show up with big bills saying you have no warranty and the list of the stuff below needs to be fully repaired. They think people are stupid. I took my car after running out of warranty nearly 20 times ( documented), and every time I got my car out of their dealership, somehow, my tire got flattened 2 days after sharp. It happened more than 20 times. How can this be accidentally, while I have had a tire warranty for two recent times, they refused to change the tire and force me to pay 580 for change while other places are charging 265 only for that. It is not one or two things, my right mirror once was damaged and I realized when I took my car and drove it for 15 min when I got back to them they said sorry it was not us, I did not know I have to run around my car and check it all when I pick up from a trusted dealership. Once I proved to them, they had to change since then. All these crazy stories started for me every time I went there for anything. Just make sure you don't go there.
