    On October 15 I made an on line purchase of 2 nutritional supplements . Payment WAS received .Since then NOTHING has been conveyed to me ,, no processing or delivery or tracking .I attempted to email but cannot connect . The website looks legit . A phone number was attached to my bank transaction as if it was the company's business number ,, ************ . If you can , please investigate .

    Ordered April 28th 2023, which is not that long ago but the only way to contact them is by email and there is is no response. The website says push here to chat with us, button doesn't work. The phone number when you google, is out of order. I've heard no response on my order , website has just said "processing" . No replies to my emails. IF they did not steal my money then they should respond regularly and make people feel safe. I want the products and I want them to let me know they are on the way. I don't have a lot of money, scammers are everywhere! Please help.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I did receive an email from company saying it was on the way.   So we will see if I get it. If they would have sent "any" kind of correspondence telling me that it was backordered,  on its way,  whatever,  then I would not have cared, but there was nothing and no way to contact them.  They need to improve that side of business.

    I order from this website at that they said delivery is gonna be in 2-4 days so i ordered because my product was finished but now its been 2 days my order is still processing and i sent them 2 emails and even found some of their phone numbers from internet and tried to call no one answered. There is no response to my emails and on there website its written 24 hours support but no one response on that email. I want to say that either ship my product or give me refund. Thanks

    Customer filed complaint within 24 hours of placing order, as customer mentioned we ship between 2-4 days ofauthenicating payment as payment method was email transfer. Customer has since received tracking number and delivery of item.

    but it took more than 10 days to recieve this package and i didnt filed complaint in 24 hours business is tottally lying here.

     

    its worst ecommerce website i ve ever used they deserve very low rating here because on their website its written 24x7 online support but they dont even reply on that email.

    i recieved the product its okay but my product was finished so i ve to buy one more product from market in small quantity as it was so late.

    so i am satisfied with it and they are lying.

    I ordered ****** ******** * *** **** ****** **** ******* on July 27th and it still says processing I emailed company and have not received a response and spent 68.69. They don't have a phone number to get ahold of them I've emailed twice messaged on their social media sites as well.
