    I purchased an ergonomic keyboard from Truly Ergonomic and I really liked it, However, it was quite loud and people heard me typing on conference calls. In August of 2022, I saw that they had one advertised as "Silent". So I decided to purchase that one to replace my original one. When I received it, it was NOT "silent" at ALL. It had a slightly different sound, but was still audible. I reached out to them and asked to return the keyboard. For MONTHs we went round and round and I tried all of the things they recommended. They sent me 5 different style of "key caps" to try. I used my original keyboard to try these out so I wouldn't cause any issues with the new one in case I ended up returning it. I specifically asked if I could still return it if this didn't address the problem. They said yes. Well I tried the keys.. and one set seemed tolerable. However, not only would they not replace the keys (its a pain) I had to BUY the keys from Amazon. This is a $200+ keyboard and now I have to buy my own keys?!! I told them I wanted a refund and they ignored my support request for over a month. I finally submitted another support request and they just keep telling me to buy new keys and will not provide a return label and offer a refund.
