    I purchased Christmas lights in 2022. Now when i call to get them installed for the holidays I was tol twice that they would call me back. They never did. Now it is nov 15 and i called again to be told we no longer have a franchise in your area. So i asked about mywarranty since they are not supposed to be installed by anyone else per the contract. So now i have lights that i spent good money on and cant use. And have to purchase new lights as no business wants to install someone elses lights

    We wanted window washing - got a quote from Shack Shine (email ************************************************ The information in their quote stated: using a combination of MILD CLEANING AGENT APPLICATION + LIGHT PRESSURE WASHING + BRUSH SCRUBBING / DETAILING. Bleach on plants is not considered a mild cleansing agent, in fact it can be highly damaging to plant leaves and can also damage the plant systemically if the dose is excessive. They are now ignoring our emails from our strata. They are non responsive. No accountability

    Shack Shine provided a service to our residence on April 9,2024. Due to a misunderstanding , we were charged on 2 different credit cards, thus paying double. We have called the company more than once and were told the charges would be reversed on one of the credit cards but it has yet to be done (it has been more than a month).
