    I am a student at Aurora Aviation Academy at ****** and I would not recommend anyone to enroll at this institute. This review is not in reference to any of the instructors at the institute. It is for the management. I want to share my bad experience at this flight school.Since starting at Arora Aviation Academy (******), I have spent over $6000 and since starting my Flight Instructor Training at on February 9th 2023, I am no closer to completing my training. I am owed $2,304.38. I wanted my account closed and all money transferred as I did not wish to continue my training in Aurora Aviation Academy (******). For getting my money back from the school account I tried contacting different people at the school as it is difficult to get a hold of anyone, because no one answers my calls at the reception. In order to speak to somebody, I have to drive from ********** to the school to discuss any issues, a round trip of 1.5 hours each time I need to talk to someone, costing me a significant amount of time and money in gas. I have visited the school in hopes to talk with someone at least 4 times till now. On May 17th I was lucky to find ******* who wrote an email about my problem and asked for a refund as I did not wish to continue my course. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. Especially from the lack of consideration and communication from the school as a whole. So, far you only the Chief Flight Instructor (*************************) is the only person at the school who has been polite enough to listen to the issues that I faced and continue to face.Aurora Aviation Academy uses a system called ************* in which students can manage their accounts. Along with this complaint, I have uploaded my account statement, showing the money owed and the money spent.
