On November 12th 2023, I engaged the services of Dirty Bird Auto Detailing for snow removal services at my mother's house for the entire 2023-2024 winter season. Please see copies of the attached text messages confirming this. I paid $300 for the season in advance with the understanding that the service providers would remove snow from my mother's driveway and sidewalk every snow fall. I noted before Christmas that on 1 occasion they had not come and removed the snow. However, I did not act on this as the snow fall was minimal. However on Jan. 18, after several days of snow fall I stopped by my mother's house as we were moving furniture out of her house the following day and noted that snow had not been removed for at least a day. I reach out to the service provider (message attached) and didn't not receive a response. My husband and I shoveled the snow on Friday, January 19. It snowed again on Saturday, January 20 and Sunday January 21 and the service provider did not come and remove the snow. On Monday, January 22, I hired and paid ($20) my brother and his girlfriend to remove the snow. I subsequently sent an email to the service provider (January 25th, 2023) asking to terminate the service as they were no longer removing snow from my mother's driveway and requested a partial refund. I want to recognize that they have done some snow removal but then ceased providing the service for which we pre-paid for the season. I have not received any response from the service providers and they have not returned to shovel the driveway after recent snow falls. I paid my brother and his girlfriend $30 on February 11th to shovel. I believe a $200 refund is appropriate as per the requests I've made in the attached documentation. I've also included a post for their company ******** page where they are soliciting additional clients although they are fulfilling their contract with us.
