We have provided verification to Jaskaran Singh the bills from this debt. He requested a settlement and our client declined - which is up to them not us. He is now complaining he has to pay his bills. He is not entitled to our contract with out client. He had a contract with our client which is why we are able to collect on this debt. I am rejecting this response because:I am fully willing to communicate with Credit Bureau of Vernon Ltd. to find a resolution. Their claim that I am unwilling to discuss this issue is entirely inaccurate and misleading. They appear reluctant to provide evidence of this debt.
I kindly request that Credit Bureau of Vernon Ltd. provide me with the purchase agreement for the debt they assert is mine.
Despite my numerous attempts to contact them, my calls have gone unanswered, and I have not yet received the original contract with LAKE FRONT RV PARK that I requested.
I am formally asking Credit Bureau of Vernon Ltd. to supply the necessary documentation, including the original contract related to LAKE FRONT RV PARK, which they allege I owe.
I did not enter into any contractual agreement with LAKE FRONT RV PARK, and the assertions made by Credit Bureau of Vernon Ltd. are false.
The debt reflected on my credit report is incorrect. I request its removal, as I am entitled to a fair and accurate representation of my credit history.

Once he reached out to ********** at no point was an invoice or billing ever requested by him. We would be glad to provide this. No he does not have a contract with ********** - he is not our client - he is a debtor. February 2, 2023 I received a letter from ************************* employed at the Credit Bureau of Vernon stating that my account was in default of payments since )7/25/2022. First this is incorrect. Payments were and have been made yet this was sent to the Credit Bureau of Vernon. The amount stated by ************************* in the letter dated February 2, 2023 is ********. No accounting no record of paymens has been sent to me since 2022. from the company that hirred this collection agency. I have paid around seven hundred dollars towards this billing and was informned last Thursday that I owe ********. Where did the money paid to this business go? I understand that once a company hires a collection agency no interest is applied. No breakdown of where the monies paid went just a statement that I owe $********. As explained to ******************* payments have been received on this account since it being listed with **********. It was clearly laid out in the phone call ********** received on 06/30/2023. There have been numerous emails back and forth between ********** and ******************* and any and all questions and/or concerns have been responded to, every conversation the consumer stated she was satisfied. Another email with a full break down of payments reported to ********** from our client has been sent again to her. Once again in the email it was explained if she felt there was a discrepancy she would need to contact our client with proof that any additional payments have been made. I am rejecting this response here was only one conversation I had with this agency as stated in their response on 06/30/2023. The previous emails were regarding *** ****** *** ********** now ******, including the direct involvement of Interior Health with this regarding extensive damages caused due from a renovation offered by *** ****** *** ********** and what ensued afterwards. ********** inspector ******************* a CAPHI Memember and also in charge of RRAP grants which was offered to repair some of the damages
The house not only lost insulation value. but lost two roofs and two pacific energy woodstoves burned out due to overwork.until the full reason was found out.in 2016. It was noted prvious in records from ***** ******************* an employee from North **************************************** at the time in a meeting with *** ****** *** at the home that the electrical heating killowatts used for heating was twice the normal amount than similar home this size at 912 square feet. I sent the credit bureau documented information about this and was informed that tey only dealt with collecting money for ******BC. Message from business states, "every conversation the consumer stated she was satisfied" there was only one conversation. I had never received an account of weekly payments that I made to ******BC since October 2022. No statements were sent to me either by ****** or the credit bureau of payments made or amount owing. * ***** **** * ****** *** **** ** * ******* ********** ** **** ** ** ****** *** *** **** *** ******. When **** informed me last week at first I was shocked to find out the amount. ********** I had no records of this from ****** or the collection agency of payments and amount owing. I asked **** to give me the telephone number of Credit Bureau of Vernon and I did phone and speak to the person in charge of this on the date registered in their response to BBB. I do have records from telephone banking that the bank has printed out to December 24, 2022. For the bank to print out all payments prior to this they must go into another system and will send this to me.. I state again all payments were made weekly not one was missed. I was not in default. On Monday July ******* I finally received an account from ****** Collections. of all payments made. to ****** BC. It was asked why ****** BC had 0 payments were when it was recorded in bank statements that payments were made. This was finally resolved with ****** BC collections. The amount owing would be half if a total rebuild was done to the home due to the extensive damages caused from the renovation. Being without electricity for one year is for taxing anyone, however due to the condition of the house it is unfit to live in for winter.

This is not an issue with the Vernon Credit Bureau. As she stated she has issues with everyone. We acknowledged we spoke to her on 06/30/2023 - yet I am unsure is she didn't read or was unable to or perhaps didn't understand, there has been numerous conversations with her. The first email she sent ********** which was responded to immediately was 02/02/2023. Over the following 3 months numerous emails went back and forth - most of her emails did not makes sense and did not pertain to this debt, they referred to conspiracy theory's and made up "facts". She also had "friends" call in and try to speak on her behalf which unless their name is on a file w are not able to discuss this matter with them. We have received numerous texts, voicemails and still more emails each one making less sense than the previous. Her last contact with ********** was that she would be clearing her debt in full, and now we get a complaint?? Once again it would appear she is highly agitated but it does not appear to be with ********** and I am unclear on why she is targeting us when we have done nothing except aid her in getting information and this matter resolved. I have a collection in ******* that has been paid off over 2 years. The collection agency on file is Credit Bureau of Vernon. Theses people never contacted me once. I called them to correct this issue, they said they never had the account. This has been collected by ARO and I have an elevate letter from ARO. Last time I contacted CB of Vernon they told me I have to put in a dispute with *******. I did this and have ticket numbers for these disputes, when I called today, the person on the phone kept implying that I didnt do as I was told and until I do they werent going to help me. I gave her both ticket numbers and it did no good, I told her she wasnt being helpful and that it felt like she was blaming me for having this on my credit report. When I did this, she hung up on me, so I am now filing a complaint.Business Response

He was contacted on 04/02/2018, had a conversation regarding this debt and was fully aware of the actions which would be taken if not cleared up. He was spoken to again on 06/18/2018 and claimed to have no money to clear or even make payment on his debt. He was contact 5 more times, where in either messages were left for him to contact ********** or he would simply hang up once the agent identified themselves. This account was closed and recalled from ********** 09/21/2018. We reported to both ******* and ********** that it was closed and to be removed from his credit bureau.
**************** contacted ********** 08/10/2022 stating he had paid this and it was still showing on his bureau. It was explained to him that it had been recalled and we had reported to have it removed prior. It was explained to him that we would re-report to once again have it removed however to ensure it was not missed again by ******* or ********** his best option was to also file a dispute as this prompts both reporting agencies to fax our company a letter looking for confirmation that it is in fact to be closed and removed. It was re- reported to be removed.
**************** contact ********** 05/11/2023 again stating it was still showing on his bureau. Our agent made him aware that we had reported it twice and that by filing a dispute it would ensure the removal and again explain how the process worked to him. He claimed he had filed disputes in the past. Our agent explained to him we have NEVER received any paperwork from either ******* or ********** that there was a dispute on the file. **************** became verbally ******* and **** to our agent claiming the agency "couldn't do shit" - at that final comment our agent stated we would re-report it again and he would need to file a dispute and to have a nice day and ended the call.
********** has made every effort to aid **************** in this situation despite his being **** and verbally ******* to our agents. We have once again re-reported that it was to be closed and removed from his bureau, however as ******* and ********** have missed it twice already it would be an error and issue on their end, and as we don't control their end I can only control our side. So perhaps contacting them to find out where their error is rather than making vulgar false claims against a business that has made every effort to aid him in this situation.

I am rejecting this response because:I never used any foul or strong language. I told the Agent I felt she was accusing me of not filing a dispute with *******. I proceeded to give her the ticket numbers where she said she couldnt care that I had proof of submitting a dispute, they hadnt received any correspondence from *******. I told them that neither had I and because they were the reporting agency it was up to them to make the correction. She told me if that was the way it was going to be that our conversation was over and promptly hung up on me.

All our calls are documents. Telling an agent "they can't do Shit" is using foul language. Once again we have reported this is to be closed and removed three times now. The error is NOT on our end - ******* and ********** obviously have an error on their end. We will and have reported this to be closed and removed.
We did receive a request for contact via our website, however no phone number was provided, no file number or account number provided, the email address provided was not in our system and a full name was not given - we are not mind readers. We happen to have no less than 4 other accounts with the same name.
How you feel from being told we have not received any documentation from ******* is not in our control. Again at that fact it should have been clear that the problem seems to lie with ******* NOT **********. Yelling at our agent will not resolve the situation. The call was heard by 3 other agents all working in close proximity - they could hear you yelling at our agent and being *********** and ****.
In our experience ******* can take up to 8 weeks to update their systems, it is not instantaneous. The fact the emails you have sent show you filed a dispute LESS than 30 days ago would also lead to the fact ******* has YET to deal with YOUR issue.
We are unclear on how you wish to have this resolved as we have done everything in our power to correct this from our side. Perhaps rather than complaining about ********** going directly to the problem, which is *******, would be a better solution. We can not force ******* to update their systems.
Perhaps had you paid yours bill prior to being listed with a collection agency this whole matter could have been avoided.
