    ***********************, owner of Okanagan Piledriving in ******, was contracted in 2022 to build a dock with electric boatlift at *************************************************************************. He has been given 2 prepayments of $15000. (first in Nov 2022 as a deposit to secure work for early 2023 and the second in May 2024 to purchase supplies and services). ***** has always been difficult to contact. He started pile driving in May 2023 with 2 inexperienced helpers but did not finish this. He requested the second $15,000. deposit to purchase materials and dock building services in May 2023 but did not return the next day as promised. He did not purchase the materials and has left the dock in terrible condition. He finally sent a short email in March 2024 stating he would start again the next week. He did not return and has not responded to my calls, texts or emails. I have tried to be patient but have lost all trust and am requesting return of my funds. I also understand there are others seeking legal counsel but do not know how to find out which legal counsel are involved. Thank you.
