    I pre-purchased an item May 2, 2024. I have not received the item and have since replaced it from elsewhere. I have been in touch with ownership since October 15, 2024 and made them aware of the situation. I have talked to ******* the owner and he said he would look into it. I have been in contact ever since looking for my refund to no avail. He claimed to have sent me a cheque on November 25th which I have not received, we are both in *******. It should be here by now. I have called several times and he is now evading my phone calls. I have called the store they will not pick up my call. At this point I believe they have no intention in paying me and I need to get this resolved as soon as possible. With the attitude I have received over the phone I believe I am at a dead end. I would appreciate your assistance, because this is not fair. He is a business owner in ******* and should know better. Also I have spent several thousands of dollars on equipment through his business, and I expect he would have some decency to pay me back my $336 that for some reason he refuses to pay. Thank you in advance, I look forward to hearing from you.

    On Friday Nov 1, 2024 I wrote a letter to Mr. ***** *********** (copy provided) about his refund request, enclosed a cheque for the full refund amount, and addressed one of his threatening phone calls (transcript provided here). This letter with cheque was posted to ******* **************** ***********, another customer and someone for whom we have a confirmed address. The complainant, *****, has never attended the store in person and we have had no physical connection with him. Most of his dealings with us are done through his brother **** or on the telephone. 

    In the letter to ***** I reiterated the message that I had just returned from a business trip and attended to this as soon as it came to my attention.  

    Attached also is a copy of my banking record, indicating that the refund cheque for $336.00 has been cashed as of November 13, 2024. I received notification of this complaint with the Better Business Bureau on November 5, 2024, and at that time I had posted the letter with the cheque for refund and as such didn't think any further action would be required on my part. 

    As ***** has requested a refund through the BBB for the amount of $336 and this has been completed as of November 13, 2024, I trust this matter is resolved and this complaint will be removed from our records in its entirety. Please contact me if you have any questions.
