    I think ****** is a great guy.i have a very strong spa background from whistler bc.i really like his location.the truth is though I really want to buy his *** Z4.well now you know.honesty is always the best policy.mr.ty.*****.**************.

    This was a very good business and we were loyal clients for 13 years. However, the last 3 years the service has gone from bad to worse. We were willing to be loyal customers knowing the challenges of Covid etc. But this year the owner showed a complete lack of respect to us as clients. For the last 3 years we have been asking him purchase a new liner to be installed in our pool. The first year because of supply disruption didn't happen, the second year I am not sure what was the excuse. And now he basically kept laying to us saying "next week I will be there" and never showed up. Now we are in June struggling to find a substitute provider. We offered him to help if he was short of staff, even to buy the liner if he couldn't install it. But our numerous efforts to reach him and find a way to find a solution was always followed by lies and ignoring us, making very difficult for us top make alternative plans - since I hoped he would eventually honor his commitment. I find the owner now extremely unreliable and unprofessional. I will never do business with him again, I am deeply disappointed.
