Bronson was very good, did his job efficiently was polite and courteous. He told me what the report was bout my furnace the specs and condition it’s in. They came next day and I signed paperwork that was multi-page. No time to review as this would have taken time.Told them my water had frozen and I had no water.He started where water line came in and said it should be metal not plastic. I said OK and he spent the whole day fixing that. He came half a day next then said he was done. No running water apparently I signed the papers at start of job, stating that they might not be able to provide lines unfrozen.What perturbed me the most was he never came within 20 feet of where the lines come up to the kitchen floor. At lunch time I was presented with a $1200. Bill and he was gone.Fox Plumbing Heating Cooling Electrical
