    Lug nuts were added to my winter tire changeover without my consent or knowledge. I felt bullied into paying for them to the tune of $78.39 (after which the owner said he offered them to me at cost). I had no prior problem with the lug nuts. I was only there for a tire changeover, and being on a limited budget due to being on a disability, I was not prepared for the extra cost. They offered to replace my old lug nuts, but I live an hour away, and while I did call them to protest my extra charges one of the owners laughed at me. I felt insulted. I felt bullied. They never asked me if I wanted the extra service. I sat in their waiting room and was readily available to answer any questions if they sought to. Instead, they cornered me into having to pay for something I didn't want. I witnessed horse play while they attended to my truck, including one of the staff members throwing a tool about 10 feet to his co-worker. Would I want this tool to be used on my truck after the fact? No way.
