    Positives: Professionalism, punctuality, quality, responsiveness, value. I simply don't have words to describe my amazing experience with Van Isle Hazmat. From my very first contact with the office manager, to each and every staff member that I came in contact with, I was completely impressed.
    I'm sure no one wants to have to deal with mold etc., but this team reassured me from my very first interaction they would look after my personal safety and health, as well as the safety of my home; and they absolutely lived up to this.
    I received daily e-mail updates and photos regarding the team's progress at my home, so I was able to " see " what was happening behind negative pressure areas I could no longer enter. Any phone call or question I had to any team member was answered and dealt with quickly. I received phone calls and texts quickly with any issue the team encountered in my home. I was kept abreast of any situations they encountered. They were punctual in everything they said they would do and when.
    Each day I was amazed at the utmost professional conduct of everyone. Staff went the "extra mile" for me every day to assist me in any way they could; from the first day to the completion of the project. They do incredible, quality work.
    I would recommend Van Isle Hazmat to anyone requiring their services. I would now never consider looking elsewhere. it doesn't get any better!
