We had a tub liner installed and it looks spectacular. Thank you Mark and your fellow employee, I'm
sorry I forgot his name, for a great job with the installation. I think they were frustrated at connecting the new plumbing with the old cast iron. They cleaned up after and the only way you can tell they were here is the new tub. If we had a second bathroom, we would certainly have Bath Fitter do the surround. Good job and friendly people. Well done! thank you.

We had walk-in shower done in January. Ian, the young man that installed our shower, was a very professional and a funny young man. We enjoyed having him in our home and everything was cleaned and ready for us. It was done in a couple of days. I would recommend Ian for any job. Great job Ian. We enjoyed having you in our home. I contracted with Bath Fitter Victoria to install a walk in shower in my ensuite which required the removal of my tub. Their technician/installer Taylor was absolutely amazing! Arrived both days on time, put down protective coverings on all of my floors, left everything very neat at the end of his first day and it took him less than three hours the next day to complete the install. He then walked me through all I needed to know.
There are not enough superlatives to express how pleased I am with the outcome; Taylor did an exceptional job! I had a tub surround installed by Bath Fitter in my main bathroom probably 12 years ago, it looks as good today as the day it was installed.
I highly recommend Bath Fitter! Many thanks to Taylor, Amber, Ada and John!
