    Great family-owned business. Very thorough and helpful and did an excellent cleaning job. Text updates on arrival time and a full quote prior to the start of the job. When Nate arrived, I asked if he could also do an area rug which wasn’t originally booked. He didn’t have a problem with my request and did the extra work at a very reasonable price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for a good carpet cleaning service at a good price and friendly service.

    This was my first time using Dri-Way Carpet & Upholstery Care and without hesitation I would recommend them to anyone requiring either upholstery or carpet cleaning. I had both done and because of flood damage and floor repairs everything was extremely dusty and dingy looking.
    Nate came and was very professional and friendly, proceeded to clean the upholstery and the carpets which turned out beautifully. I would definitely have them again should the need arise.

    Excellent service. After exterior remediation to our building, health care workers refusing to take off their shoes when entering & having painting done my carpets needed to be refreshed. Nate was very professional and pleasant. He did a superb job and I would have them again to do my carpet or upholstery.

    We made our way through the days of Covid by limiting the number of people entering our home to those who were strictly necessary. By the time we could relax our guard our carpet was very much in need of cleaning. Two members of our family have lung conditions ranging from allergy-related asthma to COPD and so finding the right company to clean our carpets had to include fluids that wouldn't cause health issues. Dri-Way Carpet & Upholstery Care is the right company. Our carpets are clean, look like new, and their cleaning methods are perfect for those with health sensitivities. As a bonus, Nate is a very professional and pleasant person to have in your home. What is most refreshing about this company is that they deliver what they say they will.
