    For an international customer of 2 years, the disappointment was huge. I trusted the pharmacy to make my online purchases despite the distance, but I felt cheated. This time they did not use the normal shipping, but I paid the normal shipping cost of $40 CAD. When the merchandise arrived in my country, I was surprised with an additional charge of $45 CAD without prior consultation. Customs fees are indeed my responsibility, but this service from USP is not. The manager Kade Yung asked me to contact the shipping company, and I refused. She said it was up to me to talk to them or not and pay for the extra service, or return the supplements, which I needed so much. I suggested to Kade that I not pay the shipping on the next purchase or that I pay this additional amount here and she would reimburse me, so that I would not be left without the supplements, but she was intransigent and did not accept. Then either I pay or I lose the supplements, but they said that if the merchandise was returned to them, they would refund me the amount, I paid $132 CAD. I am not sure if they will refund the full amount I paid. I sent them an invoice charged by USP three times to the manager to prove what I said, and they have not contacted me since. It's not the first time I've been left talking to myself. If I had been informed of this extra amount charged for carrier services, I would never have made the purchase, as it would have been too expensive. Order # 56361
