    I bought fireplace brick set in November 2024. One brick broke at the beginning of January, and I was told this brick set was under warranty, and the brick would be replaced. They lied and now want $92.40 price for half a set when I only need one. ***** *** ****** For the past week I have been calling and have been given broken promises of a call back.
    This is not right. This is not the way to conduct business.

    While I
    appreciate you taking the time to leave this review, Wilk Stove would like to
    take this opportunity to provide our side of the facts. Warranties are provided
    by manufacturers, and Wilk Stove would not have informed you replacement parts
    have a 1-year warranty as the standard in this industry is 90 days for anything
    other than the initial installation of a product. Consumables (what you
    purchased) are not covered under warranty as stated in your owner’s manual, but
    our staff still submitted the warranty and tried to get this product covered on
    your behalf. When we were unsuccessful with this process, we offered you a 50%
    discount as we are disappointed with the manufacturer’s response. The abusive
    language used when this alternative was provided was unacceptable in which our team
    decided to move away from our business relationship. You then proceeded to call
    our staff and screamed / provide more abusive language. We wish you the best with
    your fireplace needs but will not tolerate abuse.
