    My wife and I used the services of New Look Projects to advise us about and supervise the renovation of two bathrooms in our condo. It involved changing vanities, fans, lighting and tiles around a tub and installing heated slate floors.
    Richard consulted us each step of the way, even when we were abroad during much of the work. He and his crews were completely trustworthy, and the condo was in fine shape when we returned. He was able to suggest workarounds when problems arose. We were pleased with the finished results. The bathrooms were clean and crisp and bright and were given a "New Look" befitting the company's name.
    We will contract "New Look Projects" on any future renovations and recommend them without reservation.

    We hired Richard to put in a countertop, cabinets and install a sink.
    It was a specialty job and need some customization.
    He shows up on time, always answers his phone and works with you when you want an adjustment.
    He is fair in his prices, finished our job fast.
    We even had an issue with something after the job and he came back and fixed it. He takes pride in his work.
    I have had a lot of contractors in and out of our house and he is one of the best ones we have hired. It is hard to trust a contractor without knowing their work or if they will overcharge but Richard is a true and fair professional.
    He also is very connected with other trades people, and he had a great carpenter named Steven help out for a portion of the job.

    I had the good fortune to hire New Look Projects Ltd to upgrade my bathroom.
    While awaiting hip replacement surgery, I needed to replace a clawfoot tub with a secure walk-in shower. I also needed grab bars, a new floor and a new sink.
    Richard Renaud and Patricia Crichton, of New Look Projects, guided me through the entire process from shopping through to the very end, with patience and expertise.
    The crew that they brought into my home were all pleasant and meticulous.
    As frustrating as any reno can be, New Look Project Ltd. staff were calm and creative.
    Richard’s attention to detail meant the finished project is lovely.
