    Dec 21/2022, I ordered a dishwasher from Landsdowne Appliance Gallery and paid a deposit of $420 at that time. ********** ****** *********** ******** **********  Salesperson R. told me it would take 3 to 4 weeks. Price on the invoice was $840.
    Jan 28/2023, I received voicemail letting me know that the dishwasher had arrived in the store.
    Jan 31/2023, I paid Landsdowne Appliance Gallery the balance owing over the phone and arranged for pick up.
    The delivery fee was removed, as requested, but the dishwasher turned out to be a more expensive model than the one I ordered and I was charged a significantly higher price for it $1,132.80, which I did not realize until after I had paid and the invoice showing the higher priced dishwasher was emailed to me. ****** *********** ******** ********** I immediately phoned Landsdowne Appliance Gallery and explained the price discrepancy to the woman who answered. She told me the manager would call me back in a few minutes. Two hours later I still had not heard back, so I phoned again and the same woman told me that I needed to speak with R., the original salesperson, and that he would be in the following day. I emailed R. and received a reply from him saying he would look into it the following day.
    Feb 2/2023, two days later, I still had not heard back from R., so I phoned him at the store. He stated that he did not know why a different dishwasher model had been ordered and offered that it could be returned if it had not been installed yet.
    This is not an acceptable resolution. I waited over a month for a dishwasher and chose the one that I did because it was affordable. I received no communication that it was not available or that a different, more expensive model was being ordered instead. In my opinion, Landsdowne Appliance should own their mistake and refund the difference in price, which is $328.

    Purchased an Electrolux French door freezer/refrigerator model ************ on August 15, 2022. The doors weren’t aligned properly when the fridge was installed the first week in September and required adjustment. We called the salesman immediately (September 2 or 6) to alert him to the issue and also inform him that we were going to be out of the country until September 25. In spite of repeated calls to the salesman and manager (October 12, 31, Dec 2, 13 and 16) leaving detailed messages asking when the refrigerator doors can be fixed or replaced, we have yet to hear back. There has been no after sales contact. We would like the business to stand behind their claim and service what they sell and solve the problem.

    This is being dealt with as we speak, I have no explanation as to why this customer and Lansdowne did not connect and resolve this issue. We do not warranty

    this brand but we will make sure it is not a installation problem before we call for warranty.
