Kam and Ryan were fantastic to deal with. They got us financing in a short period of time and were even able to get us a revised interest rate after we signed the original agreement which lowered our monthly payment. They made the process easy and streamlined. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a competent and friendly mortgage broker.

I reached out to this company when I was looking for a non-traditional form of bridge-like finance for the period between buying my new place and selling my old one. While I didn’t end up actually needing the finance because my intended purchase didn’t proceed, I was tremendously impressed by the speed at which this company got me the information I needed, was able to set up the deal and the communication back and forth. It was substantially different from the 2 traditional banks I originally contacted. A really wonderful experience, and should I need the services in the future I know I would be in good hands.Auxilium Mortgage Corporation
