I had Hendra Moving & Storage move me. It was a short distance move in two stages with storage* *** *** ***** **** * **** **** ***. My vacuum was gone and I could not get anyone to answer me for over a month. By that time I had to buy another one. A lot of my furniture was damaged. The top of a 100-year-old heirloom desk, broken. Bar stools were shredding on the floor. End tables were badly scratched.
** ******* *** I witnessed 2 boxes marked fragile "China" being placed at the bottom of a stack of heavy boxes which we moved. The result, three of my mother's irreplaceable China, broken. Their response was "Not their fault as they didn't pack it." * **** ****** *** ***** ** *** ******* *** **** **** ** ********* *** ***** ********* ***** ****** I had insurance that they didn't tell me when I bought it that Hendra underwrote it. * *** ********* ** **** *** *** ** ********* ******** Then I was told that I only paid $1,250.00 for the insurance and that the owner did not want to pay out any money. They paid me $300.00 for a 1.5 year old vacuum (**** *******) **** *** **** **** * ***** ** * *** ** ******** *** *******
The lady who I was finally dealing with started out nice and then got more or less nasty ********** **** * *** * **** about the vacuum. If that is how they treat customers I don't want to be theirs.

5 starsHendra recently moved us from Duncan to Victoria. The moving crew worked like a well-oiled machine. The move included a heavy piece of equipment which was handled efficiently and with care. Our furniture was also handled with great care. We highly recommend Hendra Moving.Review fromMarlene B

4 starsI am very pleased with the careful packing the three guys did. The move was efficient, and staff were very hard working, and pleasant, even under trying circumstances and hot conditions. Great care was given to the job. They returned some days later to remove all the boxes and paper.
I highly recommend Hendra Moving!
