    We hired Hourigan's to flatten floor with levelling compound and then install new cushion flooring in kitchen. A rep called LJ came and measured the area needed. When they arrived weeks later, they were short flooring material and had to reorder. We had many different workers come over a period of 3 weeks to pour levelling compound and sand it. Did not hang plastic barriers and did not give us advance warning. Concrete dust everywhere. In the process of moving the range, they broke off a piece of the countertop. They did not properly reinstall the range. I hired the original range supplier to reinstall it properly. The installer mis-cut the flooring going around an outside corner and had to glue it back together. The floor still has lumps. Less than competent sales and installation people.

    We purchased and had flooring installed done by Hourigans after the atmospheric river event in November 2021. The install took forever to complete and was not done to our satisfaction.
    Despite multiple times reaching out to our service coordinator the flooring remains unacceptable over 2 years later!
    We have 1/4 inch gaps in three locations in a main hallway directly outside a bathroom. The floor shifts and opens up space between the boards so that we stub our toes and allow dirt, germs and other human and animal debris to be trapped in the cracks and leak under the boards. In the bathroom there is a 1.5 inch gap along a wall which is unsightly and impossible to keep clean.
    Hourigans has been extremely frustrating to work with and the service has been unacceptable.
    I have emailed and called repeatedly. I have been told I am on a list to have this fixed and have not had a person come to resolve this issue for over two years!
    We will not be working with Hourigans ever again and warn others of their inadequate installations and service.
