    Moved my vehicle with no notice for them to commence work at Starlight Stadium. I was parked there as part of my duties, and there was no notice or signs that work was to commence during that day, though that was what was required. Have date stamp from city of Langford picture of car being removed, but city of Langford had no date stamp of signs being erected or displayed as they said was required.
    Having believed car was stolen, it was a stressful time for myself trying with RCMP to locate my vehicle, as there was no indication of where it was. It was hidden beside building on far side of lot, behind other vehicles. They refuse to answer or reply.
