Our services for Realtors®, real estate investors, real estate managers, architects and renovation specialists include professional interior, exterior and aerial photography, Matterport 3D Virtual Tours, Colour or B&W Floor Plans, Presentation Brochures, Listing Websites and Sign Toppers.
We also provide video services when required. Our videos can incorporate aerial with interior shots and commentary by our clients.
Our clients often need a quick turnaround time on the real estate photos, with deadlines of 24 to 48 hours being most common. We’ve systemized our service so ONE Photographer to come in for ONE appointment to get the entire job done, thus saving our clients time and money and ensuring our we are a non-invasive as possible.
Our Photographers are all Transport Canada certified to fly drones, are adept in the use of Matterport technology and can even upload your photos directly to Matrix or to Xposure™.
Most importantly, we are well-versed in real estate procedure, we are always courteous and professional with your clients, and we act as your eyes and ears to spot any challenges or opportunities for you and your team.
