    July 13, 2022 first contact with Ron Zahar @ Roan Sound via email asking about digitizing media from film & tape.
    July 26th billed from Ron Zahar from Roan Sound ******* for the digitization which was received the on July 27th and paid. Ron had instructed me to send my camcorder ****** *** * ******* **** **** ** **** ******* with the film & tapes, in case he needed it for the job and assured me it would be returned. Ron never returned my camcorder with the tapes, film & MP4 files. I trusted Ron Zahar as he came recommended from a reputable camera store, and was very confident on the phone. I have asked Ron via text messages and emails multiple times for my camcorder to be returned to me. It has been months now and Ron has not tried to resolve this issue despite me reaching out to him numerous times.
