    I ordered online a teacup roses arrangement of what the picture displayed as at least visible 15 roses of pink, lavender & fushia colored roses and they sent a smaller about 10 visible red and white roses display, that arrived a day later than when the email was sent to me saying that the order was completed. When I contacted them to say I was very displeased with the false advertising and color switch and reduced number of roses they offered to redo it since it was for my aunt who had just lost my uncle. I did not want that as that would confuse her since she didn't know how upset I was by what they had sent her. Would you want the wrong color roses for a funeral or wedding to be present with the right color 2 days later? No, I think not; so I refused this solution and told them my reasons.     Hi Lori, As explained in the original email exchanged, and as is stated on the website, we always create with the freshest available product, in seasonal flowers and colours keeping with the same feel of the original choice. The picture of the teacup on the website is a one-sided arrangement, and I created an all-around arrangement for your aunt to add extra value as I did not have the exact colours. There were almost double the rose blooms in the all-around arrangement that was delivered, and in the same size teacup as on the site. A replacement was offered right away to which you declined. We pride ourselves in our work, and if there is ever a complaint we always offer to remedy as best we can. Again, so sorry to hear you were unimpressed with the piece delivered. We have taken into consideration the suggestions you gave to us regarding pictures and substitution policy on our website and are changing a few things to make our policy of freshness and in season availability more clear. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
