Roofing was not completed properly causing water damage/ rot to facia. Owner of company responded it’s not his problem and nothing he can do about it using someone as he stated is not their employee to check cover up but not fix the problem.

Please respectfully note, however, that based on our visual findings, your fascia board has been rotten for quite some time due mostly to a gap between the gutter and fascia, as well as possibly a lack of ongoing maintenance. The installer and owner's professional opinions remain that the issue you describe was not caused by our team's original installation efforts and the associated workmanship/quality parameters. Proline Roofing replaced the gutters, downspouts, and some rotting fascia boards on our buildings and completed the job very professionally. They successfully navigated some tricky areas and patiently spaced the job out over several visits so that we could complete some painting work when weather permitted. Their pricing was very competitive. I have no hesitation in recommending Proline for gutter/downspout work of any nature.Proline Roofing & Gutters
