    Webber and Co tore off my roof and left me with only poorly installed underlayment for over a month. Due to this negligence, I experienced a leak and resulting water damage. Despite my efforts to obtain an affordable quote and even paint the wall myself to save him money, **** has ignored my requests for reimbursement for the drywall repair.

    After being left without a roof for over a month and **** repeatedly failing to meet promised deadlines, I contacted him via email. That’s when I learned he had left for an extended vacation in *******, even though our home had been roofless for over a month and he had no crew available to complete the job in his absence. He expected us to wait another two weeks for work to resume upon his return— I had little confidence he would stick to this timeline. I sent **** photos of areas I was concerned about due to the poor underlayment installation and the crew leaving our gutters clogged for so long. I asked him to have someone address these issues promptly. He assured me he was sending someone the next day, yet despite giving him a few days, no one ever showed up.

    At that point, I had no faith in **** to follow through or complete the job properly. I could tell my roof was in a compromised state and needed protection. I canceled my contract with him and hired another company to finish the job, which cost me more money. I never received a partial refund for the $3,700 deposit I had paid ****. A few days later, I discovered water damage exactly in the spot where I had previously sent **** photos expressing my concerns. The new roofing company rushed to secure the area, preventing further damage, while I opened the wall to dry everything out. This water damage was a direct result of Webber and Co’s negligence. Despite being notified, **** has ignored me and refused to reimburse even a mere $525 for the drywall repair, despite everything that has transpired and my efforts to handle parts of the repair myself.
