Westshore Towing in Langford is owed by Dave L*******, they are crooks! I am currently suing them for extorting and blackmail. they stole my valuable classic truck from me over a parking ticket and lied to me and said they sent it to a crusher after trying to extort $3,000 from me over a parking ticket. But they lied, and I have reported it stolen, and I'm suing them. * ***** *** ***** ***** ***** ********* ********* ** * ******* **** ***** ******** ******** **** *** *** ****** *** ******** **** **** ********* ******* **** **** ****** ***** **** *** ***** ** **** *** **** ** ** **** ** ******* **** ****** **** ** *** **** ******* **** ****** ****** ** ********* ** *** ************ *** **** ** ** ******* *** *** ****** ***** **** ** *** ******* *** ************ *** ******* ***** *** **** *** ********* ***** *** ******* **** ******** ** *** * ** ***** **** *** **** ***** *** ** ********* ***** ********* * ***** ******* **** *** **** ** * ***** ******** ***** ** ***** ***** They were incredibly rude and mean when trying to negotiate with them. I would go elsewhere if you value your vehicle.

Mr. Noyes (JN) was given plenty of opportunity to pick up the truck. JN was told numerous time's it was going to be sold under the Warehouse Lien Act. A letter was sent both regular mail and registered mail. JN did not respond. JN contacted us only to say I’m trying to get money together. The owner JN did not come on auction date. Nor did anyone from the public. It had been with us over 55 days after being towed by City of Langford Bylaw. After it was tagged by them 3 times is our understanding. JN has been told to contact his legal person. JN continues to threaten us with violence. JN has been instructed by our lawyer thru email to contact their office directly. JN has left 15 voicemails and numerous emails. The vehicle was not stolen. RCMP have been to our office and determined everything was done legally. There is no extortion. There are fees JN could have paid and had his truck returned. There is no parking ticket with us. The parking ticket fee is paid at the city. The problem at hand is that JN may ** ******** ******* *** had no funds to pay. Westshore Towing has followed the legal process. We wish JN’s slanderous complaint to be closed and removed immediately.
