      I approved the estimate sent to me by Bartlett Tree Experts on August 6 2024 for $309.75. The same proposal was sent to my neighbour who tree's are the these that were to be pruned. My neighbour and I had met with **** on the property to discuss the work that I was requesting to be done. I was requesting the branches of two trees that overhung my property to be cut back to the property line as shown by the fence that divides the 2 properties. I came out when the workers were here and told them what **** ,my neighbour and I had agreed when he came to look at the work proposal. The workers said nothing about an increase in charges or that this work would be considered more than the agreed work order and that additional charges would be applied. When I received the invoice for the completed work the cost was now $743.40 . I have been calling Bartlett Tree Experts for the last 6 month asking for an explanation as to why I am being charged more than twice the amount that I had agreed to . I spoke to **** once about 2 months ago but have not received any call back explaining why I am being charged this amount.
