    We needed hedging to be reduced around our property to 10ft from the ground up. Raphael came to our property and provided us with a quote. I emailed him back to clarify the quote represents cutting the hedge to 10 ft from the ground up. We have it in writing.

    His crew arrived and advised them they were not to cut below the service lines and we showed them the emails. They said he under-quoted us and it will be double time to complete. We connected with Raphael over the phone and out of the gate he was abrupt, rude and unprofessional. My husband and I were trying to understand where we can cut to and understand their reason for not going lower. They suddenly said the hedging will die, the work will look awful and they didn't want their name associated with the work. We agreed to cut to the service line but he said no we are leaving and refused to do the work and told his crew to leave.

    We are in shock of his behavior. We have said nothing, did nothing to deserve this treatment. Garbage operator. Raphael spoke to us like we were garbage and so unprofessional. He said he was done with us and refused to do the work. He has a temper and should never get any business again. It wasted our day and time. All future clients should be aware of this companies unprofessional behavior. We said nothing to be treated like that. Obviously he has no training in customer service.
