      Was told a Jeep was available and when got there it was sold. Saw another Jeep and I was told it came with a hardtop. After 2 hours of paperwork and waiting the manager, [Max] said it was not included after I had checked it would be and at no extra cost. No apology or attempt to offer a deal to make it right just arrogance, Stay away from Galaxy.

      I am submitting this complaint to document the deceptive and unethical conduct I experienced at Galaxy Motors during the purchase of a used vehicle. This is not a matter of poor service—it involves deliberate misrepresentation, false advertising, and a clear violation of consumer trust and protection laws.
      On the Motor Vehicle Purchase Agreement, Galaxy Motors declared in writing that the vehicle had not been used as a rental. However, the CARFAX report provided by the dealership clearly shows multiple entries identifying it as a rental. This contradiction amounts to fraudulent misrepresentation, concealing a key fact that would have materially affected my decision to purchase the vehicle.
      Galaxy Motors also heavily promoted a “155-point inspection” by a Red Seal Mechanic—central to their so-called “Galaxy Difference.” In truth, the inspection report was over six months old and falsely presented as current. This raises serious concerns about the condition of the vehicle and the dealership’s integrity. Such advertising is not only misleading, but intentional.
      When I raised these concerns and sought resolution, Galaxy Motors responded with dismissiveness and escalating, relentless communication, a fact they later admitted in writing. At no point did they show good faith or a willingness to resolve the issue, leaving me with no option but to take legal action.
      I am not seeking reimbursement through this complaint—legal proceedings have addressed that. I am coming forward to warn others. Galaxy Motors’ conduct reflects a blatant disregard for truth, accountability, and ethical business practices, and consumers deserve to know.

      Worst experience ever. Bait and switch tactics and dishonest. No less than four different people involved in the sale and all of them lied.

      We went in to trade in my vehicle and they failed to tell us the total amount we are paying, after 7 hours there. I left for a few minutes twice we came back. After I thoroughly looked through paperwork we are paying over $50,000 for this vehicle. I want my vehicle back. I am so upset and they should have gone through the whole contract! They skipped the total amount owing. If we had seen this number we wouldn't have gone through this!

      Buyer Beware! We bought a unit after paying the so-called fees to have it checked and serviced in April. The RV was not checked or serviced. After two, yes two camping trips, we have had multiple water and an awning issue. We paid for all the mandatory checks Galaxy requested to be done by them, which upon picking up the RV, was obviously not done. In fact, we left our unit for two weeks to have it serviced and cleaned, and nothing was completed. We figured that out fast when we got home (we are not from Victoria). If you want a brand-new unit as a fixer upper, please buy here! If you want what you actually paid for go elsewhere, it's not happening here. Oh, and once you buy it good luck reaching your salesman again.
      Please do not buy all of the extras. It’s a scam, feeling lost. Good luck to all future buyers!

      They damaged my trailer and have not fixed it making no effort to help. They’ve been through four sales reps in eight months. They’ve fixed the trailer and then fixed it wrong and had to take it back and do it again when they returned it, it was flooded. The moisture was at 70 it was completely dirty on the inside like somebody had been sleeping in it, they gouged holes in the bathroom. They didn’t fix the things in the trailer they were supposed to fix, and they bashed it into the concrete in my driveway and destroyed my driveway and the trailer.

      Galaxy Motors would not return my, nor ICBC calls, until April 5/23. Galaxy Motors agreed to fix all damages, April 11/23, then returns my vehicle dirty, low on gas, new damage, and an additional 524 kms. ********* Galaxy Motors would not return my calls from Aug/23 - Dec.14/23.
      I sent an e-mail to Mr. Mark J., Director of Galaxy Motors, outlining these new issues. Dec. 14/23 Mr. Jimmy R. of Galaxy Motors calls and offers 1 tank of gas, and a detailing only to be done at Galaxy Motors, despite my reluctance. Dec.15/23
      Mr. Jimmy R. would not return my call from Dec.15/23 and I did not hear from him until my e-mail to him on Jan.15/24.
      Mr. Jimmy R. states "I understand your hesitation to have the detail performed by Galaxy Motors but I am not willing to have you take it elsewhere for the work to be completed." Jan.15/24
      Note: Galaxy Motors did not fix "fix light scratches tailgate" as mentioned on my purchase agreement. Despite my multiple calls.
      16 months, numerous unreturned calls, and over 20 e-mails.
      Jan.26/24 Call from Ms. Amy J., Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) Galaxy Motors, from 1:59 pm to 2:04 pm. (approx.) Nothing resolved.
      Last e-mail received from Ms. Amy J., Jan.29/24. Nothing resolved. Ask yourself, is Galaxy Motors worth this much pain? Not to me.

      13 months ago our daughter bought a Chev SUV. The price was good and its condition was very good. She also purchased the extended warranty *******. 3 weeks into ownership the engine troubles started.
