    Our installer was excellent! Well installed, he cleaned up completely at the end of each day. Very friendly and easy to talk - answered any questions we had knowledgeably and made sure we understood. The shower itself is beautiful. It's so nice for me to not have to worry anymore about falling getting into the tub we had. All around good experience and would recommend this company Laurie helped with all the paperwork and took any confusion out of the equation. Thanks guys!!

    Bathtub to walk-in shower conversion has been done as smoothly as it gets. Impressive in each and every aspect, from Laurie taking us through all the preliminary steps to Carlos and Jake performing actual job. Clarity and answering all the questions, thorough and amazingly speedy demolition and installation, attention to details, and making sure that everything is done to our satisfaction. Pleasure to deal with, and the result is to enjoy for years to come.

    I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company. Laurie the salesperson, listened to my needs and held my hand and guided me through choosing the right tub for me and all the paperwork involved. Bil, and Joe who came and did all the removal and installation were amazing. They were polite, always on time and left everything cleared away and spotless. Bill carefully walked me through all the features of my new tub and left his number for me to call should I have any further questions or concerns. A totally Canadian company and one that gives excellence in both the tubs they manufacture and all the personnel who work for them. Thank you all so much!

    We had an Oasis walk-in tub installed. Extremely impressed with the entire process, from viewing our model, having all our questions answered, delivery, and finally installation. Jake our installer was very polite and professional and did the job of two people, thank you! Would recommend Island Walk In Tubs to anyone. Thank you, Laurie and Jake!

    Had walk-in shower installed this past week. Can’t say enough good things about the company and their employees. Extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Explained the entire process in terms I could understand. No surprises. Great experience and I would highly recommend Walk-in tubs Fraser Valley to anyone considering a tub/shower conversion.
