Telephoned for an estimate to replace all the windows in my house. Had a reply within hours and salesperson arrived within 24 hours. Estimate given 2 days later, met with sales at the showroom, I was given all options for the windows and explanation of the installation procedure. Couple of weeks to get the installers here, two-day job and done. Great sales and service. I definitely recommend this company, Terry, Cowichan Bay.

Excellent from start to finish. Quote was reasonable and came very quick after they came and looked at what we wanted to do. Installation manager then came and looked at the space, drew up the specs and assisted the electricians move wires. Installation day was flawless, efficient and clean. Thank you!Van Isle Windows Ltd.

We'd like to join the long line of happy Van Isle customers. We just finished replacing 10 windows in an old house. From our initial contact with John from sales, through installation with Lester and crew, we couldn't be more pleased. Prices were reasonable and all our options were made clear to us. We were especially impressed with the professional installation. The crew was on time, respectful and friendly. They were gentle with the old place's bones and left everything clean and ship shape. Excellent team from consultant Bob, installer Isaiah and helpers Misha and Harpreet, service manager Nick, to office staff, this team exudes competence and customer focus. Out of three estimates, Bob was the only one who alerted us to fire code egress issues that would have to be addressed. A visit to the wheelchair accessible Nanaimo showroom and its friendly environment made a decision very easy: quality windows that stood out in comparison to competitors! Every aspect from design to installation was excellent. The crew dismantled and installed the new windows in record time, cleaned the windows and any mess they had made. They were informative, courteous and efficient. The before-and-after was astonishing. The whole house feels new and fresh. I'm thrilled that I'm going to be cooler in summer and warmer in the winter. Once again, the Team from Van Isle Windows did an impeccable job installing 3 vertical sliders at the front of our home - removing the old ones and installing the new ones in 2 hours, start to finish. Our thanks to Rebekah, who is a pleasure to deal with, to Nick for getting the measurements just right, and to Kelly, Cole & Danny for the professional install and finishing. Excellent service from Tony Canevaro (sales and in-home evaluation of our needs) and the whole installation team. Tony took the time to explain all the options and to double and triple check our choices window-by-window, and never tried to "up-sell us". In fact, he explained in some cases where more expensive potential options on available through Van Isle were not necessary or even recommended in our case. Seven sliding doors plus about 10 windows of a number of different varieties (fixed, casement, sliding) were all seamlessly installed in 3 1/2 days by the installation crew. Turn-key project, with Van Isle themselves doing the assessment, guiding us through choices, manufacturing the custom sized windows and sliding doors, and handling the installation. I usually hate dealing with contractors (problems, delays, excuses, cost over-runs) on home renovations, but Van Isle was an absolute pleasure. Fixed price quote and no issues, job done!Van Isle Windows Ltd.
