      If I could give less than one star, I would. This business not only overpromises and underdelivers, but they make doing a renovation which should be exciting, feel disgusting. The blame game with these folks is strong and with a leader who takes no ownership and likes to point his finger outwards, I am not surprised. I hired Premium to demo, design and renovate our kitchen and boot room. As soon as my initial deposit was made, the tone of our business changed. First, the salesman calculated the quote incorrectly and needed to add a supplemental contract to include everything we had discussed from the start. An additional $5000 over my original bid. Months later, when installation began, they were the wrong cabinets. ****, the owner called me to personally guarantee that they would get the proper products ordered and "make things right". It has now been nearly a year and there has been nothing done. To top it off, the communication has been sub-par. I have called and emailed to no avail. One of his staff members finally told me what he drives and suggested I track him down at the showroom if I needed to communiate with him. It is digraceful and disrespectful. He has finally admitted to being broke and unable to make our kitchen or our pocketbooks whole. Save yourself the time, money and heartbrake and do not support this business.

      I had Premium install countertops at a Big White chalet I was building. I wish I had read these reviews before I hired them. They still owe me back splashes at a cost of about $7000.00. I became Ill in the spring and had to step away from the job. My replacement went in the other day to inquire about the splashes and Bill told him there was no record of splashes being included. I’m furious. I have retained all my text records and splashes were definitely part of the conversations. Stay away from this company or hold back till you are satisfied with the job.
