    My name is ***** ********, owner of Quick Squirt Pressure Washing in *******, **. Im filing this report about a deceptive and threatening experience with a marketing company called ********************** Co. Media, run by **** Hogan.On May 11, 2025, I paid $2,000 CAD via ********** **** for marketing services. **** represented the company as a professional agency with a full team and backend expertise. He promised ad delivery within 48 hours.There was no contract, no onboarding, and no mention of a refund policy. I was asked to send card details and did so in good faith.Over the week, communication became erratic. **** forgot my name and business details, repeatedly asked for content ** already sent, and delayed ad delivery daily. By May 16, he sent a poorly made, clearly AI-generated ad with no resemblance to what I provided. It was low-quality, late, and unacceptable.I requested a refund via email (screenshots). **** refused over text, citing a contract I never signed, or agreed to, verbally or physically. After I left a truthful review on ****** describing my experience, **** texted me threatening to post fake reviews about my business unless I removed mine. He claimed access to over 50 ****** and ******** accounts and gave a ******* warning. (Screenshots)No fake reviews have appeared yet, but the threat was clear and unprovoked.I even reached out with a text this morning (saturday may 17 2025) and tried to resolve it yet again by just asking for a refund, and stating that I did not want to take this action against him. No reply. Still no refund. (I have screenshots of that too.)Summary:Misrepresented company and service No contract, yet refund denied **************** not delivered Retaliated with threats for leaving honest review I have all screenshots and proof to back everything written here.
