    I purchased a gift card to this business in May 2024, via their website, for a luxury car driving experience. I spent $2037.00 on the gift ******* August 2024 I attempted to redeem the gift card to book the driving experience. I never heard back to my booking inquiry. I attempted to email and call the business multiple times and received no answer. An article was then published in late August 2024 on *** about another person who has experienced this same thing - purchased a gift card but was unable to redeem it. The website for the business has since been deactivated and there is no way of contacting the business or employees/owners of the business. The resolution I am seeking is a refund

    Purchased a gift voucher in May 2023, expiry date May 2025. I looked to book an experience with the voucher, and the companys website doesnt exist anymore. Phone calls and emails went unanswered. This voucher was for $1000, so its a significant amount. I contacted the parent company, ******, and no answer either. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, *****

    At 61 years of age on Mar 22, 2024 I purchased one my bucket list wants. To take place on July 24, 2024.Travelled from *********** and landed a few days prior to the excursion to make sure we had no delays.A Scenic Rush tour through the B/C mountains with 4 Exotic cars considered the Whistler Exotic Driving Experience We arrived the morning of the excursion at the agreed location, ******************************************************************************************************************** and all that remained was a sing of the company on the ground and a few small sheds.We have sent an email and have made several attempts to contact the company with no luck.I have attached a photo and a video of the start location of the tour a receipt of the down payment and the website.
