    on 11/14/24 i placed order #ORD660011762 with theory sabers, on 11/22/24 i received a email from theory sabers stating my order was on the way, when i clicked the provided tracking number it stated: Shipment information received, Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at 4:47 PM (UTC +08:00), ********* - *************, *****. On 11/25/24 after no tracking updates or movement i contacted theory sabers who said, "At this time, we are experiencing a delay in shipping and tracking on all orders being updated. We are working diligently on resolving this issue and your order should be expected to update and begin moving within the next few days." 3 days later 11/28/24 after no movement on the order, i emailed again and received: "I checked with our distributor regarding your order and had the feedback that it will start moving in several days." it is now 11/30/24 and the order has still yet to move or actually be shipped. this is unacceptable considering the price i paid and the fact that i received a email stating "your order is on the way" 8 days prior.

    I am writing to provide an update regarding the case involving our customer, ***** ********. I am pleased to inform you that the matter has been fully resolved.

    Due to some technical issues with the initial tracking number, we provided Mr. ******** with a new tracking number on Tuesday, December 10th, at 11:20 PM EST. The updated tracking details confirmed that the package was delivered to the recipient on Thursday, December 12th, at 2:35 PM. Following this, the customer has withdrawn their prior claim through ******* To ensure transparency and alignment, we have documented our recent interactions with Mr. ******** and retained screenshots verifying the delivery.

    We hope to provide as much information as needed to help ensure a clear and efficient resolution to this matter. Please let us know if there is anything further we can assist with or if additional documentation is required.
