      I purchased a ********* washer (Model **********) and dryer in April 2022, on October 27th, 2023, my washing machine broke down. Finally, on Monday Nov. 6th, 2023 a repairman came and determined that the engine and motherboard were broken, and they both needed to be replaced! I was utterly shocked that a machine, which is a year and a half old and used regularly but not excessively, had 2 main equipment faults (an engine and motherboard). The repairman simply said that he would need to order the parts and that another technician would return to do the repair. He estimated the timeframe to be approximately one week, or more. After a week of having to incur out-of-pocket expenses to use a laundromat to launder my family's dirty clothes, I began calling the Walker Group once again to get some insight about the timeline for repair. No one can give me a timeframe. I receive no callbacks, no emails, no indication that my file is being worked on. Today is the 28th day into this process and still no washing machine access! Imagine my frustration when I call the warranty company day in and day out with the same outcome, we are waiting on the parts from the manufacturer, Whirlpool, or there are no new developments on your file without any indication about how much longer I will be waiting or if there will be any restitution about expenses incurred due to this issue. Furthermore, when I ask to speak with a supervisor at the warranty company, the representative very rudely said on November 17th, 2023 that the call center does not have any. How is that possible? * ** ********* ************ *** ********** **** ** *** ***** ** **** ******* *** * **** ******** ****** ** ******* **** ** ******* *** ** *** *** ** ******** ****** *** **** * ******* ***** ***** Furthermore, if it is longer than 3 months, again the Walker Group will NEVER care that I am without a washing machine! In a world where customer ********************** and customer satisfaction are at the forefront of business goals, this behaviour is uphauling. SHAME ON THE WALKER GROUP!

      The walkers group is the company that provides a warranty for my washer and dryer.This warranty was purchased when I purchased my dryer and they refuse to provide service or any assistance.*** ******** ** * *****
