  I have paid in full for my project and the project is not complete. The business has stopped communicating with me with no update on their return to complete the project. I have been told several times that they will send someone and never do. I was told the project would be complete in full the week of July 29 2022 and still has remaining work. At this time, I have emailed several times today with no response from the company. I was told someone would come again today and they did not attend to complete.

  Skirting and rodent proof work incomplete around the ****** Shed
  Stair work not complete
  Threshold of door not supported with brace
  Door handles and locks not purchased or installed.
  Clean up of roof shingles left poorly unfinished.
  Window frames and trim poorly completed and unfinished. Mud work, finishing and painting incomplete.
  Holes left around outlets and not repaired
  Stain work incomplete including trim
  Paint work clean up on floors incomplete
  Damage to my property
  Screen door not installed
  Clean up of entire site
  Outlet covers not installed

  We have our original contract that the customer a agreed upon .

  
  

  On our Contract we never had “Skirting” or “Exterior Paint” as part of the contract .

  
  

  Those are extra’s that we charge $3K for .

  Which she never paid for !!!

  
  

  And what’s funny we sent someone to do it for her for free and they didn’t completely finish it for her because she never paid for it .

  
  

  So she’s complaining about something we did for her for free which wasn’t part of our contract .

  I am rejecting this response because:

  1.  If the company had did the work as planned by placing the shed onto the patio level, there would have been no need to add skirting.  Instead, they chose not to do that which caused the skirting to be required.  When I called this out, the response was they would fix it with skirting and rodent proof.  They knew they caused the issue to begin with by deciding to raise the shed.  I was then asked to pay for more material to finish a terrible attempt at an issue they created.  

  2.  The original complaint was sent and then the company did send someone back to complete the following:

  - Door handles and locks completed

  - Window frames and trim completed

  - Mud work, finishing and interior painting complete

  - Holes left around outlets complete

  - Damage to my property repaired

  - Outlet covers installed

   

  3.  I paid for someone to come and complete the work that was not completed by the company including:

  -  Clean up of roof shingles left poorly unfinished. 

  - Screen door not installed 

  - Skirting and rodent proof work

  - Stair complete

  - Threshold of door reinforced 
  
   *$3000 additional investment

   

  4.  Work completed on my own:

  -  Stain work incomplete including trim Paint work

  -  Clean up of interior floors (paint left all over)

   

  At this time, I would like to share my response as commentary to dispute what the company is providing as their claim and response.  I no longer need a response back and we can close this claim.  I just wanted to ensure the facts of what happened are clear to this case and ensure others are aware that this company is not a reputable one.
