    I have a problem with this company's practices. A *** came to the door and asked if he could have contact info so they could p***are a quote for lawn care. I provided the information. I subsequently got a call. The caller raced through a list of proposed work and prices. It was too quick to follow but ended with a question as to whether I would agree to the quote for several hundred dollars involving time discounts and future work. I told them no, I do not agree to such things over the phone so please send me a detailed proposal to my email. They said they would. None came. A few days later I got another phone call from a different person who wanted to go over a quote again. I said that someone else called me before and I have not received any further info by email as promised. He said he would go over it for me again on the phone. I said no, I do not do business that way, I want a detailed quote in writing. He ***lied that if he sent me anything it would have to be general in nature. I told him if that was the case there was no point in talking further because I was not p***ared to deal with a detailed proposal over the phone and would not agree to any contract over the phone. We agreed there was no point in further discussion and that was the end of the call. This experience left a bad taste. Seemed to me a lot like a phone scam. I do not think any ***utable company would refuse to deal with a potential customer in writing. I will not deal with this company again.
