    I have been informed that in order to complete the certified exit program, my account must be current. However, due to significant financial hardship, I am unable to meet this requirement. Since signing the agreement with Mountainside Lodge, our financial situation has drastically changed. I am now retired, and we are living on a single income, which has severely impacted our financial flexibility.We are currently in a position where continuing to pay for this timeshare, which we can no longer utilize due to our financial constraints, is simply not feasible. Our focus must be on covering essential living expenses, and the ongoing cost of keeping our account current with ******************** has become an unbearable financial strain.I respectfully request that Mountainside Lodge consider our current circumstances and work with us to find an alternative solution that would allow us to participate in the certified exit program without further endangering our financial well-being.We would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter, and we look forward to Mountainside Lodge's cooperation and understanding.Thank you for your time and support.

    We are writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding our timeshare at Wyndham Mountain Side Lodge. We want to share our horrible experience.We were offered a free stay on the condition that we attended a sales meeting, during which we were persuaded that owning a timeshare would be an economical way to enjoy skiing at ********, where we resided and skied regularly at the time. However, the escalating maintenance fees were not clearly disclosed to us, and these fees have increased exponentially year after year. Since moving to a different part of the country and retiring, we can no longer ski or travel and have not used the timeshare since 2008. The financial burden of the maintenance fees has become unbearable in our retirement. Therefore, we seek a complete release from our timeshare contract to alleviate this nightmare of a situation. We have reached out to this company directly to try to convert our concerns and have been led in circles as no one wants to take responsibility for our experience. We need someone to reach out to us and offer us the release from this contract we deserve.
