Stay Able just completed a bathroom reno in my elderly mother's home. Due to needless delays caused by her eldest son, we weren't able to move forward with the reno over 2yrs ago when I first contacted Vince. Vince and Shirley were completely understanding at the time and when I contacted them again earlier this year, they quickly jumped in to get the reno moving as soon as they were able, once the permit was issued. Their quote was very detailed and showed a high level of experience with seniors' needs in an old home. The old home caused a bit of a delay in requiring extra plastering work but, shockingly, nothing else they found during the reno caused any significant delays and no cost overruns at all. It was an extremely small space to work in and on the hottest days of the year so far but the team never complained - even when we realized that the giant cast iron tub wouldn't fit out the bathroom door... They worked efficiently and the place was left clean at the end of each day. The floors are non-slip yet still very attractive; the shower is flush with the floor so completely barrier free for roll in access; everything that needs to be waterproof is, down to the new baseboards and the new surround on the old window. There are safe grab bars next to the comfort height toilet and in the shower. She has more storage there now than she'll ever use and yet it feels bigger and brighter than before. As the project wrapped up, everyone chipped in - fixing small things like a defective sink drain plug, touching up a tiny area with paint; they even moved a (kitchen) door for me last minute, and cleaned! The whole main floor of the house was dusted, mopped, etc. They honestly left it cleaner than when they arrived. I can't recommend Stay Able enough. Despite the fact that they clearly don't have much competition doing quick (10 days!) and beautiful renovations of small spaces, they are professional, kind, thoughtful and great to work with. You won't find better.

Stay Able recently remodelled both our master and guest bathrooms. Our experience was beyond our expectations. The owner, Vince and Client Services/Project Coordinator, Shirley were always available to guide our initial planning as well as checking in after each days work to ensure we were pleased with the progress. Trades persons involved under their supervision were always prompt in fulfilling their work as well as taking time to explain each days assignment. In addition, when the trades were scheduled they always showed up at the appointed time and cleaned up after each day's work. Shirley as well as Vince, kept in touch daily to insure that we were satisfied with the work while in progress. We highly recommend, without reservation, the services of Stay Able.Stay Able Kitchens Baths and Homes
